- TATamika Alexander5 days ago2.0I want to preference that I typically get great customer service when a clerk is at the counter. I went to have something shopped today and was told I had to go to another location because the clerk wasn’t available due to an emergency. I get it emergencies happen, however, this has been the third time a clerk hasn’t been available during USPS hours. Why aren’t other employees trained on the front when the clerk has to be out, I need this location to do better…
