- SDShyanna DavisAug 26, 20261.0I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’ve lived many places and this is by far the WORST usps I’ve ever witnessed. Just lazy and they won’t even answer the call if you call so good luck if you need help with anything you have to go to the building and still get an attitude and the run around!! Just terrible.
- CMChristi McCarthyAug 20, 20261.0If I could give negative stars I would. This post office is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Packages that aren't delivered on time. Packages that never get picked up for a scheduled delivery. Mail that ends up in everyone else's mailbox except where its supposed to be. Oh and the icing on the cake is you can NEVER get ahold of them on the phone because the line is always busy...my bet is that they are tired of customer complaints. Something needs to be done about this post office ASAP!
- MLMisty LyonsAug 19, 20262.0This post office needs a revamp bad. My packages were missing for almost 10 days. I went to the actual office twice spoke with 2 different people. My normal postal lady was out due to an injury. Finally a friend of a friend contacted Mrs.Amanda my normal lady she then contacted me personally when she returned and went and picked up my 10 day old packages that had been sitting out in the weather and delivered them to me. She and Mrs. Michelle get 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me.
- COClara O'NealAug 12, 20261.0The W lady mail carrier either loses my mail, or puts it in a parcel box that has been broken for months... or put the wrong parcel box key in your box. She sucks and also the B lady there is rude until you let her know what time you're on. They just suck.
- PBPatricia BennAug 10, 20261.0If the New Market Al post office isn't going open the front lobby for customers then the least they could do is change the Google search for "times open".This is not a one off but a consistent problem and they need to update their website for the consideration of the postal customers.
