  I have not received any of my mail in a few days. However, I keep receiving my neighbor's mail. The staff is very nice and kind, but the delivery is a huge issue. In addition to not receiving my mail, I have to guess the time the mail will be delivered. I have witness mail being delivered at 630pm. I have also seen the mail delivery person have kids putting mail in other people's mail boxes on delivery. Is this standard practice?

  If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. They constantly lie to you about attempting pick up or delivery of packages. I attempted to take packages there for drop off around 3pm Monday after they weren’t picked up from my house TWICE even though packages were delivered right beside them on my front porch. They were already closed. There was a man out back loading a mail truck but the office was closed. So I took the packages to the office on Wynn drive. Very nice and helpful people work there. I was told while there that they had to send drivers out to this office due to no one showing up. That’s just sad. But hopefully the folks they send do a better job than the current employees.

  nice staff , never had a problem with my packages , however i put this here as a warning. if it says they are open , there's a 95% it's actually closed. the amount of times i have driven here when its marked open just for it to be closed is outrageous. i live 5 minutes down the road but i have completely barred this post office from my drop off spots due to it literally never being open

  This lady working the front counter on 6/22/2026 was very rude. The post office opens at 8:00AM CST. At 8:11, someone finally comes to unlock the door after I rang the bell 3 times. Punctuality is important in running a business. It’s not a pick and choose when you want to open. The lady then proceed to say “ I was still logging in, that’s why I hadn’t opened the door yet” and she angrily took my package and threw the scanner gun down. I’m sorry lady but it’s not my fault you are running behind. The business opens at 8 AM, not when you finish logging in. You need to adjust your attitude and open the business on time. Not to mention, there were 4 other people in line with me all outing on the business to open on time. It pisses me off really. Punctuality is a value that is underrated and unappreciated in this microwave society. Business have business hours for a reason 🎉

  Our carriers here are awful. Today I had two packages say they were delivered and my mother in law as well and yet they are nowhere to be found. It’s not often for me although it has happened before, but these people just drop packages off to the wrong house. Sometimes it’s not even a number thing, it’s a whole other street in our neighborhood. Only reason I know this is cause at least once a week in our neighborhood facebook group someone makes a post about it. Please hire people who can read numbers and letters and know where the hell they are. This is beyond frustrating as my packages today can be perishable in this heat and they won’t even be open until Monday
