- CFC F5 days ago1.0My package wasn't picked up 8/28/2026. I did an online pick up request. This is the 2nd time in a week that my online requested package pick up wasn't picked up. I'm sick and tired of my service with this post office. I did another pick up request for today 8/29/2026. Your customer service is awful, The New Hope Rd, Gastonia NC post office is absolutely terrible
- MEMichael EbeidMay 14, 20261.0Went there 2 months ago to open a p.o box and to forward my mail from my old address to the po box. Filled out the form the same time as I opened the p.o box. A month goes by and nothing was in my box and I haven't received anything stating that my mail was being forwarded. So I spoke to the female who worked there and she told me that the system isn't accepting my address and I had to fill put another form so I did. Another month goes by and still nothing. I went back in there and she said they have nothing on file for me requesting my mail being forwarded to the po box. So I drove to boaz where my old address was and I went to the post office there and they was able to get it done. No errors or issues. So I don't understand how is it that boaz was able to complete it and recognize my address and the new hope post office isn't? 2 months went by and I paid for to have my box empty because of their incompetence to get anything done right.

It can take up to 2+ weeks for mail to get delivered to its destination. The rates continue to be raised regularly. It's ridiculous and frustrating at times.
