- MEMichael Ebeid6 days ago1.0Went there 2 months ago to open a p.o box and to forward my mail from my old address to the po box. Filled out the form the same time as I opened the p.o box. A month goes by and nothing was in my box and I haven't received anything stating that my mail was being forwarded. So I spoke to the female who worked there and she told me that the system isn't accepting my address and I had to fill put another form so I did. Another month goes by and still nothing. I went back in there and she said they have nothing on file for me requesting my mail being forwarded to the po box. So I drove to boaz where my old address was and I went to the post office there and they was able to get it done. No errors or issues. So I don't understand how is it that boaz was able to complete it and recognize my address and the new hope post office isn't? 2 months went by and I paid for to have my box empty because of their incompetence to get anything done right.
