I honestly cringe every time I order a package and it says it'll be delivered by USPS, because it's likely that I won't receive my package. The customer service is awful, the employees are very rude and don't care about giving customers the right amount of care that should be afforded to them. I understand things may be more stressful because of the pandemic but the service here is absolutely not acceptable. There needs to be a significant change to management.

It has now been 2 weeks with nothing but a single update that they are investigating it no updates no anything. It is literally the worst post office I have ever used.. ever. Is it possible to get a different post office to deliver my mail? They won't even answer the phone. They lost another one I honestly think someone is stealing packages at the post office they go missing a lot.

I have had multiple packages come through this office and each time, they're either delivered to the wrong address, sent back to the sender, or I was left a notice on my door about needing to go to the post office to pick it up, only to get there and be told that they don't have it or they can't find it. If it all possible, DO NOT go through this post office for the delivery of packages any larger than an envelope.
