- MPMary PlemonsNov 30, 20191.0Postman is not able to get his key to fit or open our mailboxes at our apartment complex, so we havent gotten mail for several days! I am expecting my new checkbooks, bills to pay and important mail! Guess I will have to drive to the facility and see if I can pick it up?! Why does it take so long for him to get a new key? Someone said he had to write up a "report"!!??

I made a special trip to the location, left a message for the person in charge and still have not gotten a return message. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am so disgusted with the entire process.
- AGAmanda GraySep 27, 20172.0Email said they attempted to deliver my package twice (someone was home both times) no package, no slip at the door and called to speak with someone. Told me I would receive my package the next day(didn't happen) and no slip again. Mail carrier will not deliver to the door at my apartment complex.
