  ⭐️ Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. UPS completely failed at something as basic as delivering a package to the correct address. My package was marked as delivered, but the driver left it at the WRONG ADDRESS. I contacted UPS Customer Service, and they VERIFIED my correct address with me. I was also told that the driver did not have access to the apartment number. If the driver didn’t have the information needed to make the delivery correctly, then DON’T LEAVE THE PACKAGE SOMEWHERE RANDOM AND MARK IT DELIVERED. Then, as if the situation wasn’t frustrating enough, I called the UPS Store like I was instructed to do. The woman who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or willingness to actually help resolve the problem. Her attitude was basically, “not my problem,” which is unacceptable when I’m calling because UPS has already lost track of my package. I did everything I was told to do, and somehow I’m the one having to chase down a package that UPS delivered to the wrong address. That is ridiculous. Between the driver’s failure to deliver to the correct address and the terrible customer service, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. UPS needs to do better because this is completely unacceptable. A package being marked “delivered” does NOT make it successfully delivered when it’s sitting at the wrong address. Would give ZERO stars if Google allowed it.
