  I needed some important documents notarized on a Saturday, and The UPS Store came to my rescue. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a convenient location and are open during the hours that I need.

  I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience at The UPS Store #3465 today. Stephany, Earliesha, Jason, Audrianna, and Tanekia were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, every single employee was smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It was “Welcome in,” “Yes ma’am,” “No ma’am,” “I can help you,” “Let me get that for you,” and “Have a good day.” And it didn’t feel forced—it was simply how this entire team treated people. The store itself was spotless. I honestly couldn’t see a single thing out of place. The packages were being handled with care, everything was organized, and the entire team worked incredibly efficiently. What impressed me most was watching them handle a sudden rush of around 10 customers. I don’t believe anyone waited longer than about four minutes. They worked together so smoothly that people were helped and on their way almost immediately, while still receiving friendly, personal service. By the time I finished my own transaction, told the employees how impressed I was, and got everyone’s names and the store number, the entire rush had already been taken care of. I was so impressed that I spoke with the manager before leaving and then contacted UPS corporate afterward because I wanted this team to receive recognition beyond a Google review. Stephany, Earliesha, Jason, Audrianna, and Tanekia — thank you. You are an incredible team and an amazing representation of what customer service should look like. Store #3465 should be incredibly proud of you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This location is just rude all across the board. The manger there doesn’t smile looks at crazy as if u don’t have any business there. Than had the audacity to ask me why is it being returned. Like that’s NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS SIR! Just do what you are hired to do.

  The staff was very patient and professional. I came in without everything that I needed to return my Amazon and they walked me through the process printed the label and we’re very courteous.
