- JMJon MooreMay 11, 20261.0I paid for next day air on a Friday before 6pm and was told by the employee David that the package would be there by Sunday and that if not I could come in for a 50% refund on the package shipping. Today I discovered the package will not arrive until Monday and ground (which is much cheaper) would have arrived Tuesday. Some of the fault is mine for not understanding UPS policy with the accuracy of the employees, but be sure you get a confirmation of the date before paying for the more expensive delivery option.

When there is a line, the customer service representatives work hard until every customer is serviced. One of the best stores that I have visited to conduct/ perform Amazon returns.
