  Very good experience! Clean and tidy and Everyone was kind and helpful. Lady that worked front desk was very nice. I didn't get her name but she was there around 4:30-5pm I was glad to see that, not much kindness left in the world.

  This hub does a terrible job with servicing Dallas county Alabama. Delivery instructions in app completely ignored. My instructions are to leave packages under the covered front porch which is visible from the street. They are left out in open on front walk, beside the street side usps mailbox, in and on top of the usps street side mailbox. Leaving them inside the usps mailbox is illegal. I have called three times in the past two months with promises of a return call from management. I never receive any communication. This hun makes FedEx look really bad as friends and neighbors have similar stories.

  The reviews are true. Packages will show “out for delivery” several days. Multiple expected delivery dates. It changes each day with a new date. Absolutely no excuse. Just sorry and lazy. I believe it is done intentionally to packages that are to be delivered to rural areas.

  Do NOT depend on FedEx to get your packages to you on time. They will give you a date and time and if it's after 4 they will post a weather delay notice when there is not a cloud in the sky and multiple weather apps and services say there is ZERO percent chance of rain. I took a day away from my ailing father's bedside to wait all day on my package and now I have to do it again tomorrow! I immediately called customer service and while they were very friendly they pretty much said there was nothing they could do because the vehicle had already been taken off line. The supervisor I spoke to called this office and they verified that no authorization had been given for a weather delay and they would speak with the driver when they returned. I feel she went above and beyond to get the information but this is not the first time this has happened. I will not be doing business with FedEx again because I need my packages on time and my time is important. I'm furious and frustrated. I just hope I don't get another "weather delay" again tomorrow.
