  I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to resolve an issue involving FedEx delivery vehicles operating in Selma, Alabama. On October 8, our mailbox was knocked over by what we believe was a FedEx delivery vehicle. This is the SECOND time we've had a mailbox damaged by FedEx, with the first incident resulting in the mailbox being completely destroyed. The following day, October 9, we witnessed a FedEx driver making a delivery to our neighbor before speeding into our driveway and using our yard to turn around. No delivery was being made to our residence. We photographed the truck and obtained its license plate and rental vehicle information. Given what we witnessed, we strongly suspect this same practice is responsible for the damage to our mailbox. What makes this even more frustrating is how difficult it has been to reach anyone at FedEx who can actually address the situation. I've submitted a formal complaint, attempted to navigate the national customer service system, and tried contacting the Montgomery facility directly, all without getting any meaningful assistance. I understand that delivery drivers have demanding schedules, but that doesn't give them the right to treat someone else's driveway and yard as a turnaround, particularly when their actions may be causing property damage. We're not asking for anything unreasonable. We want our property respected, the damage addressed, and drivers to stop using our yard to turn their trucks around. I would appreciate someone from FedEx management contacting me to help resolve this situation.

  Don't bother wasting your time trying to call them and talk about an issue receiving a package. Just a dumbass computer system that is far from helpful.

  So far 4 in the span of 2 months - packages haven’t been delivered but say they’ve been delivered with no photo proof no nothing! The tracking history says “incorrect address- address updated by recipient” Anything I order I never receive if it’s FedEx ground.

  Very good experience! Clean and tidy and Everyone was kind and helpful. Lady that worked front desk was very nice. I didn't get her name but she was there around 4:30-5pm I was glad to see that, not much kindness left in the world.

  This hub does a terrible job with servicing Dallas county Alabama. Delivery instructions in app completely ignored. My instructions are to leave packages under the covered front porch which is visible from the street. They are left out in open on front walk, beside the street side usps mailbox, in and on top of the usps street side mailbox. Leaving them inside the usps mailbox is illegal. I have called three times in the past two months with promises of a return call from management. I never receive any communication. This hun makes FedEx look really bad as friends and neighbors have similar stories.
