- AVAnna ValentineJul 13, 20261.0I dont know the name of the woman at the front desk today but she was NOT nice at all. She acted as if I was a INCONVENIENCE for having to come to her JOB. God forbid you have to do your JOB, lady. I understand we all have bad days, but would it kill you to not treat others like they're bothering you by simply walking in the door and needing your services? 🙄😒 I only went inside because I needed to send something through certified mail. Ill go to a different post office before I ever let that lady make me feel that way again. She told me the price and I went to "tap" my card. Well, SHE didnt do it correctly and had to do 3 or 4 more steps before I could ever pay and she was like "just hold on a minute" in a rude tone. Like its not MY fault you can't do your job correctly. She told me the price and pointed to the terminal like it was time to pay and then got frustrated at ME because SHE didnt do it right. Montevallo needs to do better with who they hire. We have already closed down so many businesses because of crappy employees. Hire people on the experience and attitude. Its really not that hard to treat others with respect. If you cant do that, dont work in customer service. It's really that simple 🙄😒

It does not take 14 hours to travel from Birmingham to Montevallo. When I attempted to call to see if they were even open or operational the AI robot answering service refuse to connect me to anyone. After looking at other reviews I'm pretty sure them doing their jobs once would be a sign of the world ending at this point.
