I went with a family member to get her passport and the clerk was very disrespectful. My family member was told that there were only four walk-ins for today and when she arrived back at the counter minutes later from getting a document that she had forgot in her car, she was told that they wouldn't be able to process her application. After asking clerk questions, the clerk responded and rudely walked off while my family member was still talking to clerk. I don't understand why this post office offers passport services when the clerks operate on their own made up times instead of what's listed online and on the lobby doors.
