She stated that customers are not a priority and she will take her time doing other things around the branch before getting to the customer so they can wait until she gets to them. She said she doesn’t care about a complaint being filed because nothing is going to happen to her. She also stated her supervisor told her to complete other tasks before taking care of the customers that we can wait. This lady yelled and cursed at me while rushing me to complete my transaction. Aretha needs to be FIREDDD!! Her behavior was COMPLETELY unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded!
