- KLKristal LeaverJun 9, 20264.0West Mobile has grown leaps + bounds since this post office was first opened. It is a very small location and can be over crowded, especially during the holidays. I mail many items from here, both personal and online orders. The staff is for the most part very helpful.

We have a package that was for our daughter being born in July and they are marked as delivered at our central mailboxes. However we come home from work and the package is not there. I have called the 800 number and all they do is give a number to this postal office that is disconnected. I go up to this postal office on a Saturday and wait in line only to be told to call back in an hour and led to believe that the lady was giving me her personal number and she would contact the courier. However I call the number like she instructed and immediately am told sorry this store has closed call back during normal business hours. My mother has gone up the store twice and has been told that a complaint has been filed and they are investigating the issue as the whole area is experiencing the same issues. They also talk without saying it verbatim that the mail lady may be stealing packages. Company I ordered from is refusing to resend or refund my money because it shows delivered. DO BETTER USPS!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Not once have I walked in their and had a bad experience, maybe all other post office's should learn from them. Keep up the great job !!!!!
