- JWJoyce WilliamsMar 30, 20211.0I HAVE BEEN TRACKING MY PACKAGE WHICH I ORDERED ON MARCH 18TH 2021 IT WAS TRACKED BY FEDEX ALL THE WAY UP TO THEODORE FACILITY WHEN I GOT THE NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS ON ITS WAY TO THE PRICHARD US POSTAL BRANCH BY TODAY MARCH 29TH TO BE DELIVERED......WELL FOLKS ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON MY PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TODAY NOT A DATE OR ANYTHING ON THE APP PROVIDED TO INSURE THAT THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED OR RECEIVED BY THE PRICHARD BRANCH.....THE BRANCH & ITS WORKERS ARE VERY UNPLEASANT,UNPROFESSIONAL,& HAVE ATTITUDE PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY THE WORKERS WHO SERVICE THE FRONT DESK THIS MAKES MY SECOND TIME HAVING TO DEAL WITH THERE DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDES BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF REGARD FOR MY PACKAGES THAT SEEM TO DISAPPEAR FROM THE TIME THEY ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEN REAPPEAR THAT THE CONVENIENCE OF WORKERS I'VE HAD THIS PO BOX 20 YEARS & HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE IF THINGS DON'T CHANGE I WILL BE FILING MORE COMPLAINTS ON EVERY LEVEL THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO!!!
