- RRRoccoJun 18, 20261.0I COULDN'T SELECTED NO STARS, THIS POST OFFICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR "BRUCE" GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT MY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN SITTING IN ALABAMA SINCE 06/13/2026. THE PACKAGE WAS MAILED OUT ON 06/09/26 UPS AND THEY TRANSFERRED IT TO USPS. IT ENDED UP AT THIS SPRING HILL LOCATION AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE WRONG POST OFF AND THEY PASSED IT OFF TO ANOTHER AND THAT IS WHERE THE INFORMATION STOPS. CAN'T HELP ME OVER THE PHONE, GIVING ME WEBSITES TO GO TO AND LOOK FOR INFORMATION THAT WAS NOT ON MY SCREEN AND EVERYTIME I ASKED HIM A QUESTION HE WENT SILENT AND I HAD TO ASK IF HE WAS STILL THERE AND THEN HE REPEATED HIMSELF AND SAID THAT'S ALL THE HELP I COULD GIVE HIM. VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

And when you try to go to them in person they don't seem to be able to help with your misplaced mail. 1st they lost my wife's green card. Then they lost my 1099. And I'm always receiving other people mail.

You need at least 20-30 minutes in line to get to speak to someone at the desk. I’m not sure if they’re always shorthanded or understaffed, but I’ve never seen more than one person at a time working the desk, which would really help!

Now I have to pay a re delivery fee. How inconvenient. They can’t even find the package. This is the 2nd time they’ve stolen my package.
