SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR "BRUCE" GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT MY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN SITTING IN ALABAMA SINCE 06/13/2026. THE PACKAGE WAS MAILED OUT ON 06/09/26 UPS AND THEY TRANSFERRED IT TO USPS. IT ENDED UP AT THIS SPRING HILL LOCATION AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE WRONG POST OFF AND THEY PASSED IT OFF TO ANOTHER AND THAT IS WHERE THE INFORMATION STOPS. CAN'T HELP ME OVER THE PHONE, GIVING ME WEBSITES TO GO TO AND LOOK FOR INFORMATION THAT WAS NOT ON MY SCREEN AND EVERYTIME I ASKED HIM A QUESTION HE WENT SILENT AND I HAD TO ASK IF HE WAS STILL THERE AND THEN HE REPEATED HIMSELF AND SAID THAT'S ALL THE HELP I COULD GIVE HIM. VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
