- DPDowry Cabrera ParraAug 25, 20261.0I was returning a recalled item and bought a box to return , as I’m packaging it the lady there (which she had an awful body odor coming out of her) she was taking things out of my box saying she knew how to pack it better and make it fit, she took everything out after I made sure everything was nice and snug so I had to pack it up again and then she had the audacity to charge me for “helping” packing the item when I did it myself . Horrible service in ups
