  By far, the worst UPS store I've ever used. If this was the only one in town we would just completely switch over to FedEx exclusively. They have stocked this location with those kind of employees that couldn't care less how they represent their employer...you know the kind, the ones who seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful and as disdainful as possible to the customer. Their actions and attitudes make it quite obvious they could not care any less about your business. The ones who are either inept or don't make the slightest effort to do a good job, or both. After the list of grievances they have done to us over time, I hesitate to waste one more second writing all the details out. The bottom line: use this store at your own risk. If you have no issues, the only problems you'll face are rude, surly employees and a long line. But if you ship frequently there is a lot they can, and will, screw up. And you can count on them to do everything they can to make things as hard on the customer as possible. We will only use University from now on. They don't screw up often, but if there's an issue they fix it. Mostly importantly they have consistently shown they want your business, and treat their customers with respect, a complete 180 from the Airport/Schillinger location. If you are in between the two, absolutely choose to go east. ETA: if you read the prior negative reviews, many of them go into detail about the issue with extremely rude employees/managers. There are dozens going back at least 5 yrs. So the owner/operator is definitely aware of this absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers. I guess they just don't care? They need to let their crew of current employees go and start over. At least the ones that keep getting mentioned in all of these reviews...why would you keep them?

  I have stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone. They need to have both booths open to send stuff back. Amazon returns in the front doesn’t do a good job some of my stuff has been lost.

  I’ve used this location for several years and have always received courteous and professional service. Smiles and neck hugs aren’t typical but they have been pleasant!
