    They told me they couldn’t create a label for me and that I had to drive to Prichard. I called ups and they said this wasn’t true. I created my own label online and scheduled a pickup instead. The guy there seemed like he could not be bothered. Didn’t look up my acct or check that was being shipped just said they couldn’t help me.

    I have been going to this store for the past 4 years and the service was excellent at first but the service has digress year by year. Whether its UPS OR USPS drop off service its not good! At this point I will never return! From the attitudes of employees and services also not a good ups store anymore. I WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT UPS STORE... This is a very rare review from myself but it needed to be said.... Update Problem resolved by good Management
