- LHLauren HolenaApr 17, 20261.0I have had so many delivery issues! They changed routes and my mail wasn’t being delivered to the correct house. This happened more times than I can count. Now they’ve done it again and my mail won’t be delivered due to an “obstructed” mailbox. Photos attached of the “obstruction” that makes it where the carrier can’t deliver my mail. Also a picture of the carrier delivering my notice that my mailbox is obstructed. Per the publications I have found from USPS, there has to be 15feet of clearance on both sides of the mailbox. I measured, my trashcan is more than 15feet away from the mailbox.
- MMMadison MasseyDec 4, 20231.0PSA: Millbrook Post Office refuses to deliver packages to people who do not live on the first floor of an apartment building/they do not get paid to walk up flights of stairs per one of their employees. Therefore, my sister and her husband have to go there every time they order something. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS, so people who live in apartments won’t get their packages because the employees refuse to walk up stairs Is this who you all want to represent your company? Is this in the policy and guidelines in the employee handbook? Let me know, thanks!
