- LHLauren HolenaApr 17, 20261.0I have had so many delivery issues! They changed routes and my mail wasn’t being delivered to the correct house. This happened more times than I can count. Now they’ve done it again and my mail won’t be delivered due to an “obstructed” mailbox. Photos attached of the “obstruction” that makes it where the carrier can’t deliver my mail. Also a picture of the carrier delivering my notice that my mailbox is obstructed. Per the publications I have found from USPS, there has to be 15feet of clearance on both sides of the mailbox. I measured, my trashcan is more than 15feet away from the mailbox.

You get paid to get out of the vehicle to deliver packages that don’t fit it the mailbox, yet not only do they not get out of their vehicle, they either deliver to the wrong address because they don’t pay attention to the mailbox number on the mail or package. I had mail to be delivered today and she passed right by and came back and STILL didn’t give us our mail. This is not the only time I have had this issue. Yall need to hire someone who wants to work!!
