- LRLekendra RiceAug 24, 20261.0Haven’t received mail in almost a week. Packages being marked delivered and haven’t been. Claims being closed before any resolution. Don’t really see the point of this place staying open. They are clearly understaffed. Mail just sitting outside and when you go end they don’t give much of a solution. Update: Today I met a mail carrier named Vanessa who has been working for USPS for over 25 years. After 2 weeks of our neighborhood not getting any mail. She is working hard to help us out but it’s literally a mess. I fear she will be sorting through the mail for another week just to get it back organized. I want to say thank you to here because I know she is not familiar with our route but showed up when nobody else did and helped us out. She even found mail that I had been looking for a long while. Thank you so much Mrs. Vanessa. 💜
