My experiences with both deliveries and in-office visits have generally been positive. The delivery staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly, professional, and consistent, which I truly appreciate. It makes a difference to have someone dependable handling mail and packages.

I got there at 5 pm to scan and drop off a package, and even though I left 25 min after because the line was sooo long, Mr. Kerry treated everybody respectfully and with a smile, not giving a fuss to anybody. He mentioned his other 3 coworkers called out, leaving him working alone at the front desk all day! I bet he was so tired but he still had a great attitude. We need more people with his work ethic in the world🙌🏻
