  Not keeping their posted hours. This was posted today on a Saturday and it was after 9:00 am. Two weeks ago they had a sign posted for a different reason that I cant recall. So if I go at two random times and they not keeping their hours then it must happen frequently. I plan to contact the Postal Regulatory Committee and the local senators office if the pattern continues.

  Unacceptable. Protocol states that if a package can not be placed securely in a mailbox, either the carrier must carry the package to the front porch so long as it 1. Does not involve going more the 1/2 mile off route. 2. There is a safe way to get back on route, which there is, because every single resident of Gooch Ln does it every morning, every day. If said package can not be delivered in accordance with the above mentioned stipulations, the carrier must leave a form 3849, notifying be that the package delivery was attempted and could not be completed. Leaving my package balanced on the open door of my mailbox on a busy road for who knows how long is not acceptable. The package could have been easily stolen or could have fallen out on the road. Do better.

  0 stars. I used to work at the post office for years. They are beyond rude and won't help. I've had certified mail get lost and I never receive it from this post office prior. I had a certified letter in the mail dashboard for three days now. I never had it attempted. I waited to go to the post office to allow for delivery. I speak to a clerk who tells me that's not possible. That she's the best carrier and she doesn't believe it. I honestly don't care what you believe, i just want my letter. I have a video doorbell and can totally prove that she doesn't attempt delivery. Today, they tell me to ring the bell at the blue door which should get others to help and look in my mail cubby for the letter. They refused to answer. The lady at the front desk was beyond rude and said she would not get the supervisor. To ring the bell and that she would then answer it and get the supervisor. Of course that didn't happen. It's no wonder it is rated so low. We don't have a choice for which post office we go to. It would be nice if they could deliver the mail and our letters.

  Easily the worst experience I've had with a mail carrier. USPS refused to take responsibility for damaging a vinyl record worth $120 that was delivered to me folded in half. When speaking to two different supervisors, they tried to direct me to file a claim online AFTER the USPS customer service instructed me that the issue had to be resolved with my local post office. After a week and a half of going back and forth with multiple USPS services and departments, I have basically been told "too bad, so sad" because it was shipped with media mail and therefore was not insured. This is absolutely disgraceful, Apparently when something gets snapped in half that is very obviously not supposed to be bent in any way, shape, or form, it's your fault that it happened.

  No one works here. I waited in line 20 mins before I got helped and they don’t even know where my package is. Hate this location. Hoover location would NEVER let people be waiting in line that long. Ridiculous. Wasting my whole day away
