I often go to the Harvest location due to convenience of driving past it already, but it's gotten so bad theres no parking half the time and pallets upon pallets of people's packages are being left in the parking lot open, in the rain, easily stolen or damaged from weather. So, this time I thought I'd give Madison a try. There was only 1 employee in the whole place, no one at the primary service desk, and people lining up everywhere "waiting" on someone to come. At one point I counted 16-17 people in there needing to utilize the postal service and only one person (who was over in the product sales area) was ringing anyone up. It's a mess. Our USPS needs to be a better example, and if it's funding, charge me an extra fifty cents. I'd gladly pay a little more and be able to have fully functioning, safe postal services...this once was a sought after job, but it's apparently not anymore.

ASAP. that was important to me. so weird.
