- AMAdam McLean5 days ago1.0Avoid this UPS Store at all costs – 7950 Highway 72 West, Suite C, Madison, AL 35758 (Store 8097) I used this location on October 20, 2025, to ship a book via 2-day air service for a birthday deadline. The package was not delivered on time, and I completely missed the occasion. Since then (over six months), I have repeatedly requested a refund or another remedy. I’ve visited the store multiple times. The manager claims a claim was submitted to UPS, but the ownership group has completely stonewalled me. Every attempt at contact, discussion, or resolution has been ignored with nothing but excuses. This is not how a reputable shipping service should operate. If you value reliability and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to literally any other UPS Store or shipping option in the area. This location has lost my business permanently, and I will never use them again.
