  First I gave 2 stars because the man that is at the front desk is so helpful. He's funny, he's nice, he does a great job. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the older lady that works the front sometimes. She says she has worked there 5 years, but I do not know how. She seems to get confused very easily. A few months ago, I was trying to ship a package. She weighed it and checked the address, before I could pay, she has another man who is dropping off a package with a return label. I stepped back since he was there before me but had to step out of line to do something with his return. She takes his return, she then tells him the total ( which I don't realize at the time was my total) HE ACTUALLY PAID poor guy and left. I get back up to the counter and she starts weighing my package and asking me to check the address, I said you already did all this. She didn't remember and was confused. That's when I realized what happened. I said I think you charged that man for my package. Idk how the heck she fixed that. My son just went to pick up live bugs today. He told the lady my name and address and she didn't look up anything or ask for tracking, she just said it's not here must have been loaded on the truck. My son leaves but calls me from the parking lot. I gave him the tracking and said they are bugs and should be behind the counter. He walked back inside (never even left the parking lot) this lady had no idea who he was or that he was just here but miraculously found the package that was there the whole time. She is unhelpful, can't be bothered, a lot of times she is sitting there and acts bothered when she has to get up. Also, my son waited a while for her to figure out how to put receipt paper in the printer for the person in front of him. She either needs help when she's up there by herself or she shouldn't work up front with people. When I pick up live bugs and the man is behind the counter, I say my name and address and he gets it right away. There's no confusion or back and forth. He's great at his job. The poor lady at the front needs some help though.

  We drive from Daphne to this location in Loxley 3 days a week just to use this post office instead of the ones closer to Us, Due to the Friendly, Fantastic Customer Service we get at this location! Nice to see a Smile when you walk into a Post office nowadays!!!
