Anyways thing is I dropped off a phone in a bubble wrap white small box and put it inside the Drop Box outside that's blue two weeks ago. To be shipped to Assurion. It has not been shipped and they want to charge me 280$ for a phone that was suppose to arrive to them already by mail. If this is not rectified I will be taking action.

I have called to complain 3 times over the past years and it is still happening. You can put mail in your mailbox and put the flag up. It will sit there 2 sometimes 3 days. They won't pick up mail till they have something to drop off in your box however long that takes. Totally ignore outgoing mail.
