She was verbly irrate towards my dad over the phone about an issue semi-recently and on top of that she went back on her word to me about shipping cost of a large heavy package. I had went into the post office there in leighton one time to get the shipping price for that box to charge a online customer an exact amount. Had the receipt of the shipping cost she had printed me after weighing the box and item. Charged the online customer. They paid. Brought package back. Had receipt. She charged me nearly double and claimed I had swapped shipment boxes when I hadn't. I found out she was having heart problems so I held my tongue. You never know what others are going through. However on the business end of things it was highly unprofessional. This happened several months ago but I'm still sour and because of recent issues with the post office- I just feel better getting this off my chest.
