- PGPhillip GillenMar 16, 20241.0I thought Montevallo post office was bad! In my very short time dealing with Jemison office has proven Jemison is one of the worst yet! To not delivering mail for a week to saying they attempted certified mail delivery when you were home all day waiting to never see or hear.... this also goes with packages! Just absolutely lazy. If my performance at my Job equaled to there's I would be jobless!

It's almost like they want you to visit a post office so that you can help spread Covid 19... They will not let you speak to a human, it's all an automated process... It's very frustrating. I'm just trying to speak with somebody at my local post office it does not give me that option. It asks you if you want to take a survey at the end of the call and it does not give you the option to take that survey it just hangs up. Overall my satisfaction with the United States post office is about the same level of satisfaction I have with United States government. If I could rate it "0" I am would
