I sent a package valued at about $4,000, and it never moved from the Jacksonville location. Unfortunately, the package was eventually lost. This situation has been very frustrating and stressful, especially considering the high value of the item. I trusted the postal service to handle my shipment with care and reliability, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope the post office takes situations like this seriously and improves their tracking and handling procedures so that other customers do not go through the same experience.

I can rember when the mail persons actually came up the driveway and dropped the packages off on my deck. Where is the courtesy gone, I tried to get the box moved closer to my home but to no avail and now I am given the ultimatum that my service will cease and I will have to go to the PO to get my letters and prescriptions. Wow, this is the respect I get for serving my country to protect and honor the freedom for all!
