- PNPunk NprettyAug 4, 20261.0Want in yesterday to drop off packages and a lady refused to take a box that had priority mail on it with a ground label. I don't know what the difference between priority and ground when searching it up and I'm confused still. I would happily to pay more to get a priority label but the lady don't ask me if I want to put a different label on it or explain to me full why I can't use a priority mail boxes with different labels. I will understand but how she say it rude like "This is a priority mail". I understand you job is hard but you don't have to get an attitude with it. I'm still confused with the priority mail vs. Ground Advantage. And it look like new stuff.
- WHWarren HeardJul 15, 20222.0Since they have hired new staff, I have been there twice at the end of the day, both days they had closed before the posted closing time. This, along with closing for a 1hour and 45min lunch break everyday is very inconvenient. Other than this, It is nice to have a post office close to home. The previous staff were also nicer than the new staff, the new staff really has no personality and they don't really conversate, its better than a self checkout because you actually see a person but that's about all.
