We were panicking trying to get a package out same day and she spent extra time helping us with a smile 🥹 The package ended up being late and the Fedex agents via the 800 number were no help and lied about delivery. However, Cari from the Irondale location is helping me and I am so grateful!!! Corporations are terrible, but the local Fedex in Irondale has been nothing but wonderful. I do NOT recommend the agents on the 1-800 number. They are not helpful at all.

They lie about ringing doorbell bell put in false information after second attempt saying incorrect address after first delivery given me a door tag. You reap what you sow. Plus a blame management system for this out right foolishness with they unprofessional service. Update: Customer service center C242444960 Refer# 48973 was able to get another driver the same day to deliver the Apple product that was ordered. Thanks
