- BWBarb WHMay 26, 20261.0They need to fire are cut they hours for FedEx delivery drivers in Irondale Alabama. They lie about ringing doorbell bell put in false information after second attempt saying incorrect address after first delivery given me a door tag. You reap what you sow. Plus a blame management system for this out right foolishness with they unprofessional service. Update: Customer service center C242444960 Refer# 48973 was able to get another driver the same day to deliver the Apple product that was ordered. Thanks
- KLKai LinApr 20, 20261.0This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it felt like blatant racial discrimination. As an Asian customer, I walked in simply to send a package, but I was treated with clear disrespect and indifference. The staff member showed no willingness to help, avoided eye contact, and ignored me repeatedly. I tried to communicate three separate times, and each time I was dismissed as if I didn’t exist. I have no idea what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. I remained polite and respectful the entire time, yet was met with nothing but cold and unprofessional behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
