Actually some of my mail is going to a completely different address in the area- informed delivery basically made up an address for me, even though my account profile address is correct. For packages- every time tracking says “out for delivery,” then the next day “held at post office per customer request” which is clearly untrue. The counter staff is very kind and helpful every time I go in. They are the real MVPs!

- SSSarah SarrisMar 9, 20261.0Flooded with mail from previous people that have lived here even after notifying them multiple times who does and does not live here but we can't even get our own damn mail. Multiple times do I have to go PICK UP stuff from the post office because it's not delivered andbstates it's "too big to deliver". That's never been true, just too damn lazy. I get Fedex and UPS just fine. If something ships through USPS you NEED TO DELIVER IT.
