I have not gotten mail in ten days and they bring a supervisor to speak to me; he proceeds to say he will deliver my mail that day… GUESS what no mail again!!!! So I have bills behind because they dont have drivers! This place is a joke.

They set me back almost 2 weeks in life because things were waiting on that check. I hope everyone involved has shitty karma. It's not hard to track mail. It was certified. These employees don’t care the customer. You need to do better and you all know it. I’ve gotten to where I absolutely despise you people. If it was your mail I’m sure you’d make sure it got delivered on time. Who do we complain to next the federal government?
