- CNCW N3 days ago3.0I am very frustrated that as I've been watching a different driver delivering my package is over the last 2 weeks at least three times my packages have been out for delivery for multiple days then a note comes across right before 9:00 stating that the customer requested that they be held at the post office. I've never requested to have my packages held at the post office. This driver is frustrating the heck out of me because three times in less than 2 weeks is a little ridiculous.

Our non-profit has a PO Box here... they lose mail, mismatch PO box mail, etc. After losing 3 checks to our organization, they are completely non-responsive. They just don't care about delivering the mail. An utter failure of a Post Office due to gross incompetence and inability to do anything right. The one star is because zero is unavailable.
- DBDavid BlackAug 23, 20261.0This is one of the few places that really, really only deserve ZERO stars (if that was an option). Multiple packages are being marked as “Delivered-picked up by individual” at this location well after the post office is closed (7-10pm) AFTER the package shows out for delivery in the morning so I guess it is the mail carrier deciding he/she is tired of working that day and just marks it delivered and goes home with my packages. Reported this to their manager (after waiting 30 minutes for them to appear) but they couldn’t care less!! Worst part, since the packages are marked as delivered the sender/merchant can’t help so I’m just out the original purchase price. Reporting them to OIG next.
- LGliv grayAug 22, 20261.0I was supposed to receive an amazon order today, Saturday 8/22/2026. My order consisted of 2 pairs of shoes, and a dog bowl. They delivered partial of my order, one pair of shoes, and deemed the rest of my order “undeliverable” while we were home, so it couldn’t have been a signature issue. My order said the other 2 items will need to be picked up at 11:43AM. This post office closes at 12:00PM, and they’re not open Sundays. That is nowhere near enough time to give to have someone pick up their package. Not to mention, I wasn’t even notified - I had to open my amazon app to even see that it was undeliverable. That’s such poor business practice and truly unacceptable.
- CRChris ReidAug 21, 20262.0Line is usually out the door. The lobby is filthy! Not sure when the last time it was swept or vacuumed. Walls are all banged up and in need of just a layer of paint. The packages get where they need to go, but their is clearly no pride in the facility.
