  I’ve gotten to know my neighbors very well in the years that I’ve lived in the house that this post office services for me. Not because we are particularly social in our neighborhood, but because they deliver packages and mail to the wrong house about once a week. Today was my final straw, after bypassing my house last week with a package that was expected and marked priority for expedited shipping, they told me to pick it up at the carrier location. I went to the carrier location. They told me there that they put it on the truck to be delivered today. I am so tired of the crap that I have to deal with because I live in the ZIP Code that I do. this entire facility needs an overhaul. I am not typically a person to leave a negative review, I will typically just no longer patronize the establishment. But I do not have that option with USPS.

  This post office is ridiculous they are short staff unprofessional it’s always one person in the post office They always have a attitude when you are asking about mail it’s ridiculous I don’t recommend using this post office

  The wait was very long. The staff were competent and generally polite, but clearly stressed and overworked. I got what I needed, but would probably drive a bit further next time because of the very long wait time.

  If my Cards from eBay keep coming up missing from this facility I’ll get the news and postmaster involved again. Just a warning for whoever stealing no way it gets sent to every other facility and gets everywhere else safe once They make it to this post office. They somehow disappear, even though it says delivered…I’m missing over 10 cards from you guys 100% theft Not a coincidence one of the male guys asked me “was it eBay cards” have him recorded seems suspicious It’s not hard to tell what they are. I’m just keeping a paper trail. I’m also writing on BBB as well.

  Very disappointed with the treatment my family received during a scheduled passport appointment on May 27, 2026. I arrived with my two young sons for our appointment, only to be told — after already checking in and waiting — that all appointments for the day had been canceled. An employee stated, “I canceled all appointments for today and called everyone,” before walking away without offering any explanation, apology, or assistance. The problem is: I never received a phone call, voicemail, text message, or email notifying me that our appointment had been canceled. Because of this, I took time off work, paid to have required passport paperwork notarized, and now have to redo that paperwork because it will expire before another appointment is available. What upset me most was the dismissive and unprofessional way the situation was handled in front of my children. They were confused and embarrassed, and I left without causing a scene simply because I did not want to create conflict in front of them. I completely understand that emergencies and scheduling issues happen. However, professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy should still matter. I hope local management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are treated. I am also formally escalating this matter through the appropriate USPS regional channels and passport services oversight offices because no family should be treated this way.
