- SAStacey AdamsAug 24, 20261.0Waited in line forever with one person working the front, Jo Ann isn’t the issue, the issue is the supervisor. She was RUDE while I was needing simple assistance. I was shocked at how she spoke to me, as if I was the issue? She seemed irritated to even help me. Meanwhile 15 people are inline Jo Ann is being worked to death, everyone is irritated, and the superior was omitted she had to work or offer any assistance. USPS is an issue at most locations, but this one needs help. Get more staff, and be a leader if you’re in a manager position. Actually help people.
- BBbijouxsAug 15, 20261.0All the staff in this post office needs to be sacked! From mail theft, lack of professionalism and the manager who has no idea what he"s doing! I had a mail pick up from this office and the mailwoman stole the packages. She never scanned the packages and it just disappeared! I reported this issue to her assigned depot and the manager just looked at me like I was speaking French! He looked high and did not seem to be able to comprehend what I was saying. After a while, he left me standing there and told me he'd be back.... He never came back to the counter. After 45 minutes of waiting.... I figured he wasn't coming back. The regular mailwoman who picked up my packages never returned to our neighborhood and no one was there to help. What a horrifying shame!

- JMJeff MeyerAug 1, 20261.0A positive is that the workers are always friendly. Negatives: My mail is sometimes marked as "Delivered" then arrives a day later. Or today I have to pick up an item that should have been delivered. No signature was required. They lost a one-of-a-kind historical item -- it traveled through this post office, was routed to Decatur then disappeared. I filed a Missing Item report, but it's been 10 weeks of no activity. The latest thing is leaving our mailboxes open with the mail exposed. For the sake of all, I'm hoping it's only this office and not nationwide.

Hand made birthday card from a child to a grand parent never made it to the destination. Seriously, just lock the door and close. The usps is a useless service.
