- CCCi CiAug 11, 20261.0This has to be the worst business I’ve gone to. Customer service is absolute trash. No one was working at the front when I got there I waited for like 10 min. Once someone finally came up front she was not pleasant or customer service oriented and had to call the actual person that works in the front to come do her job. They are literally just hiring anyone to be in client facing customer service roles. I still didn’t send my package off because she wouldn’t print my postage claiming she can’t but I’ve gone to other post offices and had it done with no issue. Worst post office ever!!!

Was told to grab a padded envelope because I wasn't allowed to use the tape as it was for priority shipping (which I had). got out of line, got back in line. The lady that was behind me was also told at the counter she needed her own tape, to which she got out of line and got the tape, and was allowed back at the counter immediately after although I wasn't? I was obviously ready to be checked out and everyone else in line was waiting to be serviced while Jo Ann waited for her to be finished. It was unfair and this was Jo Ann's doing.
