- DPD PAug 17, 20261.0This was the worst experience DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment for a passport and already filled out my form online. I was 2 minutes late and they said I would prolly have to reschedule. Then they said they can't do it today because I was 2 minutes late and I had my original birth certificate and not a copy.....So USPS doesn't have a printer to make a copy? This is utterly ridiculous and management that is overseeing this site should be held accountable.

- CFCatelyn FranksJun 17, 20261.0First of all I made an appointment for a digital passport photo and when I got there they said there were no appointments and they will have to see if they can take us…okay I have the email confirmation of my appointment. Luckily they took us, but when they took the picture and gave us a hard copy I was confused because I needed a digital copy. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Well guess what! I left there and went to Walgreens and they emailed me a digital copy of the picture…easy for Walgreens but not for the USPS? The lady at USPS even told me to just take a picture of the hard copy they gave us LOL if you read anything at all online about renewing online then you will know that you CANNOT do that.
