- EEel_delusionJun 30, 20261.0This is the worst postal branch I have ever been to. They are constantly out of basic supplies sometimes they have no envelopes, and other times they cannot provide tracking. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Luckily they took us, but when they took the picture and gave us a hard copy I was confused because I needed a digital copy. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Well guess what! I left there and went to Walgreens and they emailed me a digital copy of the picture…easy for Walgreens but not for the USPS? The lady at USPS even told me to just take a picture of the hard copy they gave us LOL if you read anything at all online about renewing online then you will know that you CANNOT do that.

I walked in today with 20 prepaid packages and nothing to carry them in. I walked in and asked the first employee if he had anything I could carry my packages in with such as a bag or something he said no !!! I then proceeded back to my car & planned to bring the packages in 5 at a time. After bringing my first 5 packages in rod noticed I was struggling. He asked if I needed a cart or even a bag to load my packages. This was more than just good customer service Rod made me feel seen. Thank you so much USPS for hiring such a caring individual.
