Horribly slow for three people working. One employee sat in the back on a computer as the line contined to increase. Five minutes of her scanning Happy returns, drop off labels, and Amazon returns would have reduced the line completely. Instead we all just waited. I wish I could include my photo of the situation. Even when I mentioned that the line was forming, she did not assist the two employees doing their best to assist at the counter. This location does not have a self scanner of any sort. Save your time.

Ive been getting ready for a cross country move after getting a new job, and wound up with quite a few boxes I couldn’t take with me for the move. I can’t say anything about UPS’ shipping service as a whole, but Jayla’s professionalism and attention to detail helped me speed through shipping the boxes, giving me highlighted terms, tracking numbers, and everything I need to feel confident that UPS can get my boxes to where they need to be! The store staff was able to work around my clutter, while still helping customers behind me with ease. Apologies for the mess, but thank you to the team at UPS Huntsville!
