  Ive been getting ready for a cross country move after getting a new job, and wound up with quite a few boxes I couldn’t take with me for the move. I can’t say anything about UPS’ shipping service as a whole, but Jayla’s professionalism and attention to detail helped me speed through shipping the boxes, giving me highlighted terms, tracking numbers, and everything I need to feel confident that UPS can get my boxes to where they need to be! The store staff was able to work around my clutter, while still helping customers behind me with ease. Apologies for the mess, but thank you to the team at UPS Huntsville!

  Absolutely ridiculous service fees they don’t tell you about. I would give 0 stars if possible. They’re scamming you and adding extra fees depending on who is working there at the time. Today they decided to add a holding fee when I have had things shipped there time and time again. I’ve never dealt with this before, it is a complete scam to take all of your money.

  The woman that was supposed to overnight an emergency thing I believe stolen it is not recorded. I have the receipt and I believe she stole it from your store and I will call the police and file a report.
