  I would like to commend the employees at The UPS Store on University Drive for the exceptional customer service they provided to me. I recently shipped more than $1,300 worth of items to my daughter, who had just moved to New York. I brought multiple items into the store that needed to be packed and shipped, and the employees were extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the employees who assisted me, but I especially want to recognize the employee who has been with the store for more than 15 years. She was absolutely awesome! Her problem-solving skills were impeccable, and it was clear that her priority was finding the most economical and efficient way to pack and ship my items. She took the time to consider my options and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses while ensuring that my belongings were properly packed and shipped. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping a customer were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the care and assistance you provided.

  Worst service ever! Manager thinks she knows it all and is extremely condescending. I’ve read some of the owner’s replies and in my opinion , they are very unprofessional and might explain the employee behavior (monkey see, monkey do).… maybe being independently owned is part of the problem and explains lack of proper management and accountability… Corporate is my next step and I will never return to this store. If you’re a customer reading this… go to another store, there are definitely better ones in the area.

  Came into day to witness a down right horrible customer treating one of the girls behind the counter like she had kicked his puppy. I am surprised that the girl behind the counter was able to keep her cool and handle the nasty man with such grace. He didn’t have all his stuff together and was trying to blame the poor girl behind the counter and then trying to tell her it was her job to fix it and that he did did everything he was supposed to that she needed to get her act together. He then started to berate her and tell her how she didn’t know how to do her job because she tried to clean her area up a little instead of immediately drop everything to do his bidding. I’m not sure what the man’s problem today was but going after the poor girl behind the counter was unnecessary. As he was leaving the man had the audacity to take the poor girls picture and claim he was taking a picture of the counter. I love this UPS store they are always so nice and helpful so I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here.

  Review You deserve to be fired. I paid for a simple service, and you refused to provide it. On top of that, you rudely kicked out another customer. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

  I was met with rudeness , lies and straight up failure to help me as a customer. I noticed I packaged the wrong items to return to seller and returned back to this store less than 45 minutes later to cancel/exchange for the right product. I noticed a UPS truck at the loading bay and asked the driver is it too late to stop a package from being shipped. Driver stated “sure” as he just arrived and only loaded 3 or 4 boxes and instructed me to enter the store and tell an employee my situation. The lady told me that the package was already shipped off on another truck 45 minutes ago and it’s too late. 1st LIE- She said that’s the 2nd truck she’s had that day. I went outside and asked the driver is he the second truck to arrive at the location and driver said NO OTHER TRUCK CAME because that’s HIS route. I went back inside with this information. 2nd LIE- she told me that the truck is fully loaded and hard to find. I told her the driver said he’s only loaded 4 boxes. SHE RUDELY AND AGGRESSIVELY said “ I’m not looking for your package and contact the receiver to send it back”! I asked her why? She said “ Because I don’t have to”. I then became upset and was RUDE right back at her! She told me to never come back to the store again after I confronted her with her lies and poor customer service. Now I have to wait 5-10business days for the package to be received and sent back to me THEN I have to send it again which will take more time. SO RUDE, LAZY, SPITEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL. I made a complaint to the corporate office as well!!!
