I’ve had several packages come up missing without a trace, and others damaged so bad you can’t even tell what was shipped. They get away with it, but enough is enough! I have a video of a driver damaging my package on purpose!

- SBSabrina BrantleyJun 4, 20251.0I have a package that they are holding hostage from me. The package is an iPhone charger. Something so trivial it doesn’t need a signature for it to be delivered. I have never had a problem with them delivering my mail but this package seems to be something completely different. The driver wouldn’t deliver my package for some reason (didn’t leave a reason or excuse) and when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it and that I would have to drive back with my license matching the address it is addressed to (of course I haven’t updated my licenses so a whole new problem). The workers are rude and have no class. They don’t seem to understand that I live in Hueytown so there should be no problem delivering my mail or packages. I swear Hueytown has problems with everything. Crazy how some people get jobs working with the public when they have no manners to begin with.
