- ASAnthony ShunnarahMay 22, 20261.0I went to get my passport today on 5/22/2026 and my appointment was at 10:30 and they had 2 people infront of me for 10:00 and 10:15. First off yall had 2 clerks then one clerk went to the back to play around with another coworker. Talking all kinds of crap in a gov building. It’s 11:43 and they just now got me to the counter. With everyone else appointments getting back up also. Like honor the times you give us.there was no point of keeping everyone there past there appointment time. I even got there 20 mins early just to be early so they would get me in on time. This is the far worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The man who help me said this is his 2nd day doing passports and to be honest I don’t feel comfortable letting them sending it off because he probably screwed the whole thing up after I paid the 182.00. This location has to be the worst location I have ever been to. I would definitely go to uab or the Vestavia location to get your passport done.

I got out to get in the driver’s seat to move out of the way so precious wouldn’t have to step out of the truck and the past rude carrier gave me a dirty look and zoomed past. I guess he thought he was funny. How do people this rude have jobs with you? Whoever’s route this is in Hoover 🙄😒
