  I took an order I was returning to company to store and the girl didn’t know what she was doing and it got sent back to me. I then went on a Friday eve and complained to another employee and said he would take care of it. It got returned to me a second time!! It’s been 4 days and they can’t put a simple return label on it. So infuriated!! Such incompetent people

  The manager Kalyn was amazing today. She was able to help me with a more difficult print job, and she did it so fast! Would definitely recommend anyone come get their prints made here. The picture quality is fantastic as well!

  Must I add, I wasn't really expecting such awesome customer service here. However, the cashier really did exceed my expectations!!

  This UPS store has the nicest staff! They made it so easy and pleasant to drop off some packages and quickly print a label. I’ll definitely go out of my way to come to this location in the future.

  Pésimo servicio, la persona que está ahí no te escucho, me dice que me sienta a un lugar y me dejó una hora esperando cuando voy a preguntarle que cómo están que porque no me había dado las hojas, me decía que me volviera a sentar en total dura una hora para que me diera las hojas cuando voy a ver, no me las dio como yo se las pedí, le dije que me las pusiera imprimida de los dos lados me lo hizo solamente en un lado le dije que quería solamente de media hoja y no me lo hizo Y tuve que pagar un servicio que no me gustó por qué porque la Muchacha atendió a más personas en vez de atenderme. A mí solamente me dijo ve siéntate cuando yo iba cuatro veces a ir a preguntarle cómo está ay la computadora está atorada, pero seguí atendiendo a más personas.
