- CCC P (Cliqy)Aug 13, 20261.0Overcharged me for a oversized box for the product I shipped with them through eBay. An item no more than 3lbs. Later get a charge to my card saying the item I shipped with them was 32lbs and the dimensions changed completely. Even while preparing to ship the item off, they got an oversized box and heard the employees say they were going to cut it in half. Fraudulently and sketchy practices at this location.

I then went on a Friday eve and complained to another employee and said he would take care of it. It got returned to me a second time!! It’s been 4 days and they can’t put a simple return label on it. So infuriated!! Such incompetent people
