  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very good experience at the FedEx location at 320 Snow Drive in Homewood, Alabama, on 06/09/26 at about 4:09 PM. Connie helped me with two large boxed beds that I needed to return. She was very, very helpful, professional, friendly, and kind. She helped me understand what to do with the return labels and helped with taping the boxes so everything would be done correctly. I really appreciated her patience and nice attitude. Returning large packages can be stressful, but Connie made the process much easier. Highly recommend this FedEx location, and especially Connie. God bless! Mark and Tim Elders

  This locations drivers are Lazy, Lazy, Lazy. Three times now they’ve just straight up ignored my building and said my address is incorrect, and when I call support, the customer service agent says, “the address is right, the driver was just being lazy” this is an issue that needs to be fixed, and I’m tired of it happening, hire better people, if you’re too lazy to do your job, you shouldn’t have it, fix this immediately!

  The people in there are super nice. Hard to return a 50 pound box that most FedEx off locations will not take. They were able to help me out.

  I have shipped art from this location numerous times and Connie always makes it a pleasurable experience. Connie is the most helpful person I've ever had for any service, a true professional l that is also very helpful to others, she's helped me numerous times and my packages always arrive on time. No disrespect to any other employee but Connie deserves the Fed Ex MVP award 🏆
