- KMkevin mchenryMar 13, 20261.0If you need customer service help just go ahead go to Scottsboro. Was told they couldn't help me and to go to Scottsboro or deal with the Post Office in Virginia. Use FEDEX or UPS and save you the hassle. New update: Got a notification from tracking saying they tried to deliver but mailbox was full. The delivery was 8 foot shop lights mind you. Also, I've been outside working all day and haven't seen anyone try to deliver anything. Worst Post Office I've seen so far.
