- CSCiara SimmonsMay 22, 20261.0hate this store with a passion. Line is always out the door. Pricing somehow keeps going up. Workers are slow as can be. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. Waited in line for 30 minutes just for the ONE WORKER to tell me my package never showed up.

- CPChristy PriceApr 11, 20261.0Friendly employees but its too damn busy for 1 person. Wish people would stop moving here bc this use to be my favorite UPS location. I went 3 times today and there was a line to the door every time. I never got to drop my package off.

Had to drive the package to the store and then the staff refused to help get the pickup fee refunded stating “we’re just the equivalent of a UPS drop box.” Oh customer service where have you gone? I may as well use the USPS and ave the money.
