I would do less if I could. They don't deliver half the time and if you say something about it then argue with you about it

Consistently unable to meet basic delivery date requirements. It's just about guaranteed if any piece of mail that has to go through this post office it's going to be delayed a whole day or more.

I came here to ship a very important item and the person who took my package was so rude and for no reason! I said yes ma'am and thank you even with the rude looks I was given! She grabbed my package, threw it HARD into a pile of other packages a few feet away, then looks me right in the eyes like she was waiting for me to say something! I wasn't going to leave a review up until that point. Not to mention they said "we have no tape" when there's a roll of tape right beside her and they refused to take/tape the box unless I bought shipping labels to tape it with. What a joke. It's really not that hard to be more kind in this world. Will not be back and I encourage everyone else to not come here either.

Super super rude staff at the post office on a Monday morning. My Amazon package didn’t deliver in my mailbox and said it was waiting for pickup at post office location. I went up there and first of all they are all standing behind the desk talking and wouldn’t help me for 8 minutes. Then the lady comes over and very rudely says “you have to write down all your information we don’t have time to sort through your package “. Mind you, my amazon package is a drain and pipe for our kitchen sink and we haven’t had dishes washed or a running sink in days. It said it delivered at the post office and they couldn’t deliver at our house for some reason. We are So very upset with the whole system. It seems to me nobody cares. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone make this right!!!

I’m not sure who the woman was working the morning shift on Monday, April 6th, 2026, but it’s clear she has no interest in keeping her job. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. With so many people actively looking for work, I’m certain someone far more professional would be grateful to take her place. She was rude, snappy, and disrespectful toward my father, and on top of that, she lied about a delivery package that was in your possession—something the other, more courteous middle‑aged employee confirmed and helped him with. That level of dishonesty and hostility has no place in a customer-facing role. I strongly urge management to address her behavior immediately or remove her from interacting with customers altogether. No one should have to deal with that kind of attitude while trying to conduct business. If she’s having a bad day or personal issues, she should take time off or reconsider her position, because everyone has their own struggles, and her behavior was inexcusable. The fact that yall have barely a 1 star rating, further lets me know nothing will be done nor do you care, but nonetheless, hopefully this sorry excuse for a postal office will be shut down. Good riddance.
