This post office lost over 1000.00 in grooming blades. My sharpener that shipped them from that location was told by the Post Master Joe that an employee had stolen my package and had been arrested. Yet USPS still denied my claim. They kept “losing” my claims that I mailed in until I finally got tracking on the last one. All the calls I made and incident numbers and case numbers was for nothing. Obviously nothing was notated in my file. No other choice but small claims court now. Joe doesn’t deserve to be in charge. He is nothing but a liar.

This post office is a joke and the postmaster needs to be fired she is so rude we went in there to do our change of address forms so our mail would come to the new address and said that the rules had changed and need a license for every member of the house even our Minot child that doesn't have one she didn't want to hear what we had to say and all we said goinh out tge door is we don't like you and she said well.i don't like you either that's no way to treat customer and she has really bad customer service skills

Front desk person was rude to people in front me in line, then when I get up to the window I showed her my tracking information from there website and she tried to tell me it was a scam and it wasn’t there. It was not a scam and they found it after I wouldn’t settle for a scam story.

Called to ask if I could pick up my package since I will be at work when it goes out for delivery tomorrow. Simple yes or no question. Chastity/Cassidy? Something like that. Was very very very rude. I work in customer service. There is no reason whatsoever to be so rude and condescending towards someone asking you a simple question. I understand it's the holidays, believe me, I work in a large retail store, but that was just uncalled for. USPS needs to be hiring some more professional employees that know how to speak to their customers.

Good service, but still wish it was back downtown. everyone now has to drive to this location instead of being able to walk.
