- PMPaige ManuelJun 10, 20261.0This post office lost over 1000.00 in grooming blades. My sharpener that shipped them from that location was told by the Post Master Joe that an employee had stolen my package and had been arrested. Yet USPS still denied my claim. They kept “losing” my claims that I mailed in until I finally got tracking on the last one. All the calls I made and incident numbers and case numbers was for nothing. Obviously nothing was notated in my file. No other choice but small claims court now. Joe doesn’t deserve to be in charge. He is nothing but a liar.

It was not a scam and they found it after I wouldn’t settle for a scam story.
- AEAustin EppersonSep 19, 20231.0Multiple times over the past 4 months they "Attempt Delivery" with all kinds of excuses but my security cameras prove otherwise. They have left my packages next to the mailbox at the side of the road where anyone can take it. They brush you off when you ask about it and say "we have new people" like that is an excuse to let them be lazy and not deliver packages since it is their literal job. Why even put the packages on the truck if they aren't even going to attempt delivery and make me go up there and get the package myself either way. I have heard every excuse they give like my front door was inaccessible when they didn't even go down the driveway, mailbox was full when the package cannot even fit in the mailbox to begin with, no secure place to leave it without even coming to my house, but leaving it on the side of the road before was secure enough for them? Haven't had a problem with them before about 6 months ago. Place and workers have really went down the drain.
