  Great Customer Service in the Print Department and helpful information. Too bad the customers treated them badly with demands and nonsense.

  Worst experience ever. When I entered the store I could find one employee at the returns counter with three people in line. One employee at the printing counter with two customers in line, and one looking around. I walked the store looking for software. I wanted a copy of Windows operating system. The store was clean and remarkably empty. I could not find what I needed so I joined the returns line. One return processed, two to go. Two more shoppers entered the store. One went to the service department empty counter. The other to the purchase counter. Another return completed and the employee went to the purchase counter. Eventually the employee returned and processed the return. I showed her the item I wanted on my phone and she said "If we have it, it would be there." She pointed to a small display about three foot wide. I went, I looked, and found nothing. I looked around and now there was a third employee at the service counter. I thought I should talk to her, as the other employees didn't install any confidence in me. There were now two people engaged in a conversation with the employee at the service counter. I arrived at the service counter and found the customers were very unhappy. The employee was agreeing with them. Seeing no solution coming I left. Last time I was at a Staples store it was entirely different. I will never shop at Staples again, ever. A total waste of my time.
