  I had several packages going to many different places. And it was super busy. But the ladies working at this location in gulf shores were amazing. They was zipping customers in and out. And were very helpful and super friendly.

  Best UPS Store around! Walking in here feels less like running an errand and more like pulling up a chair on the front porch, cracking open a cold one, and watching the sunset. 😂 Great people, great service, and they somehow make standing in line enjoyable. Now THAT'S talent. 📦🍺

  What’s the point of spending $17 to send a birthday card and CD in a MEDIA MAILER if it’s just going to arrive broken?! I TOLD them to put FRAGILE on it and she refused. I trusted it to arrive safely. Jokes on me. Disappointed doesn’t even describe it. It just feels like nothing is sacred anymore, no one can do their job well, and everything nice I try to do gets messed up. I don’t even understand how this happened unless someone careless put something heavy on top of my little mailer. Why is nothing treated with respect anymore these days? Do better.

  If i could give 0 stars I would i had a $2300 phone set for pickup that required my signature. The package arrived at the store and we showed up to get it like an hour later and they gave my package to someone else without my signature and then said it was a rodie driver who picked it up for delivery one that never came and they couldnt get ahold of the driver. They just told us to file a claim with my phone provider and also called the cops at the start of the interaction because to many questions were being asked "you are asking to many questions im calling the police" is the verbatim response to asking for where my package is and why it was given away without my consent and they refused to give us the managers contact information this location is a total joke and should be closed due to gross negligence and incompetence

  I’d leave negative stars if I could. Had a package delivered to this location because my husband and myself were unsure if we’d be able to be home to sign for it. 2 hours after it was marked delivered to this store I arrived to sign and receive it. They gave it to someone else. The moment I showed any slight irritation and asked for a manager(who apparently wasn’t there) because my husbands $2,300 phone was given to a random person with no explanation they took me and my 3 small children outside in 100 degree weather and called the police because I was “asking to many questions”. Well the fact that we ,in their app, put that myself and my husband were the only ones to pick up, of course I had questions. In the end I was told to contact my phone company I ordered it from. Not a SINGLE apology from them, just the a look of a deer in headlights and the cops called on me. WORST SERVICE DO NOT EVER USE THIS LOCATION!
