TodY my package “was given to an individual” but that wasn’t me or anyone in my home. So who knows where that package is at!!! If they had to pay for it they would do their job better!

I waited for 20 mins before they bothered to unlock the post office doors, even though they were up front & seen me waiting at the doors. When they finally did open up, late, they didn’t even apologize or give any excuse why they didn’t open on time. The man who opened the door just said, “She’ll be with you in a minute.” & then immediately turned around & walked away. So then I had to continue waiting for the woman to finish doing whatever she was doing & come to the counter so I could finally get my package shipped. I thought I could just stop by quickly before work but it ended up being a 35 minute ordeal & made me late to work as well. I’m really irritated at the indifference they show when it comes to other peoples time.
- ETemma taylorMar 7, 20221.0if i could rate the grant post office with 0 stars, i would. they are the most horrible, unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate post office and delivery people i’ve ever experienced in over a decade. the grant post office closes at 4 pm (though they actually close frequently by about 3:30 pm) but many days of the week our mail doesn’t even run until after 4 pm. we never get our packages delivered even when our texts or emails alert us that they were delivered- though they were not - and when they do deliver packages, or other mail that clearly says ‘do not bend’, ‘fragile’, ‘important documents enclosed’, they are almost always crammed in the mailbox and they are damaged, torn, bent, etc.
