- RGRobin GlassFeb 25, 20203.0Post Office is very understaffed that is why they are usually in a bad mood.The delivery mail lady is always helpful and brings my packages to the door Problem is she does not always show up..My problem is you never know when you will receive your mail.It takes anywhere from 3 days to several weeks to get a letter from Dallas, TX.I have tried priority mail and it doesn't make a difference when you receive it.Am currently waiting on a letter mailed over a week ago and I haven't got it yet. Do not know what else to do if you use the Postal Service. At mercy of the system.
