- AMAuthor MichaelAngelaMay 15, 20264.0EDIT: THEY CALLED ME BACK :) & FOR THAT I'm bumping my one star to 4 stars. I appreciate the staff giving me a call. I love America as a second generation American-Filipino. In other words, I would rarely leave a one star review for any USPS branch. Now this is an exception because I sent a package from Jersey City to someone in Gaylesville to an address that is literally one minute away from their USPS & lo & behold I received a notification that the "address doesn't exist" & thus the package is on its way back to me. Really?! Even on google maps/street that address does exist & if only I can type the address here I would ( I wouldn't for privacy & protection). USPS IS LITERALLY A NEIGHBOR OF MY RECIPIENT there in Gaylesville. It's 2026, for the love of God ... keep your act together USPS. Now, I wish robots would just deliver mails like what they do with food delivery.
