I have always thought this store was great until I got to drop off an Amazon return and had to deal with a rude employee. The lady first told me that the box that Amazon shipped the items I was returning was too big, and the proceeded to tell me that because of that I had to take the box with me. The one that waited on me politely explained it was because of a shared dumpster. However, I don’t think that I deserve to be reprimanded over a box from an employee. I didn’t argue, but the next time will be a call to corporate along with a question on why is it that they don’t have a better solution than telling me it is bonfire season when that is not the appropriate way to recycle a box.

Had 2 large format jobs and needed it in a hurry! Luke and Ashley at Store 7036 went above and beyond. Great customer service! Very friendly! The quality of the printing is outstanding. Everyone at church loves it. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

WOW!! I am seriously SO impressed with this UPS Store! I needed a custom print made for my son’s football game TODAY, and I was cutting it really close. I sent the picture over at 10:17 PM last night, honestly just hoping and praying they would be able to get it done before we needed it at 7 PM today. 🙏🏼 I woke up this morning and got the email that it was ALREADY READY FOR PICKUP!! Less than 12 hours later!! I was so excited! 😂🙌🏼 And when I picked it up, it looked even better than I had hoped it would! The quality was AMAZING and it turned out absolutely perfect. You can tell they really care about doing a great job, even when someone comes in with a last-minute request like mine. Thank you SO much for getting this done for us so quickly and for making it look so good! You definitely exceeded my expectations, and you made one football mom VERY happy today! 😂🏈❤️ I will absolutely be using this location again and recommending them to everyone! You guys are AWESOME!

Exceptional service and wonderful people! The team at this UPS Store location is simply amazing. Every time I walk through the door, they are helpful, welcoming, and genuinely eager to assist with whatever I need. No matter what request or project I bring in, they never say no—they just find a way to get it done efficiently and with a great attitude. It is rare to find customer service of this caliber anymore. If you need shipping, packing, or any other business services, I would advise everyone to go see them. They make every visit an absolute breeze! The whole team and Ashley and the owner jerri are amazing thanks for everything.. ' thanks for everything.. Rodney Leonard migi made in God's image
