- BKBrittany KittleAug 10, 20261.0The lady that works here is rude and acts like its a hassle to help you. The sticky part of my envelope wouldn't stick and asked if i could have a piece of tape. At fisrt she said she didnt have any and when i pointed it out she said she couldn't give me a piece. I offered to pay for it but no she still wouldn't so I had to leave and go buy tape to mail my letter.

I am so happy to say I will be going to the Fultondale post office, which is a mile or so from my house, instead of going out of my way to use the Gardendale or Birmingham post office. I had so many bad experiences with the previous front desk person. The new staff is stellar...so sweet and helpful. Kudos all the way around! Quick in and out. Such a pleasant change.
