- EBEmmalee BuggJul 28, 20261.0if i could give it 0 stars i would. i’m not the type of person to give reviews much less bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous. it said that my package was delivered YESTERDAY at 2pm but my mailboxes were empty and there was no package left at my house. my brother didn’t even see a mail carrier stop at the mailbox. so either it was stolen or usps just didn’t deliver it but marked it as delivered. and on top of that, they won’t answer their phone. i’ve called numerous times trying to talk to someone and figure this out but absolutely nobody will answer. they need to figure their crap out because this is ridiculous.

Would’ve been 5 stars but I did have issues with getting mail and packages delivered this past week. But they actually delivered my missing packages (that had been marked as refused for some reason????) the same day I went there and told them so amazing service! Way better than the past times we’ve been! Thanks
